Welcome to the blog of the Water Rats second great adventure, Ireland End to End - from Mizen Head to Malin Head. Around 450 miles in 6 days cycling. Last year we did Lands End to John O'Groats (see link to the blog in Rat Web Links) - 930 miles in 8 days cycling. So Ireland should be a doddle.

King Rat Conquers Mountain
1000ft vertical ascent of the Slieve Mish Mountains. Max 24% gradient, long stetches at over 15%. First Rat to the top - Alan. Gale force winds at the top, fast but tricky descent.
Well done to you Alan - was it too much for the mice sorry other rats!!! Need to feed them some good irish guinness! Gordon's Mum
